Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Cybersecurity Sales Associate role. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential leads, building relationships with clients, and presenting FalkeAI’s cybersecurity solutions that address their specific needs. The professional will collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams for effective sales strategies, conduct market research to target prospects, and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats and solutions. Additionally, the Sales Associate will manage a sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction by providing post-sales support when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management in the cybersecurity or tech industry
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threat intelligence, and SaaS-based platforms
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and the ability to manage sales pipelines efficiently
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills for market research and identifying client needs
- Familiarity with APIs, phishing prevention, email security, or related technologies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
