Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Cybersecurity Research Associate. The role involves conducting security research to identify emerging threats, analyzing malware to understand attack patterns, and reverse-engineering software to identify vulnerabilities. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the development of application security strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen overall cybersecurity defenses.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Application Security and Cybersecurity practices
- Hands-on experience in Malware Analysis and Reverse Engineering
- Strong ability to perform Security Research and threat analysis
- Knowledge of threat intelligence, penetration testing, or ethical hacking is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and deliver results under strict deadlines
