Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-centric Presales professional who can understand enterprise requirements, translate business and security needs into solution recommendations, and support high-quality customer conversations. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge customer expectations, technical understanding, and business outcomes. You will help customers navigate complex cybersecurity choices while strengthening Onefede’s credibility as a trusted advisor.
What You Will Own
• Engage with customers to understand business challenges, cybersecurity priorities, compliance drivers, and current technology landscape.
• Map customer needs to the right cybersecurity solutions, vendors, and service partners available through the Onefede ecosystem.
• Lead discovery calls, solution discussions, platform demonstrations, and consultative presentations.
• Support sales teams with solution notes, proposals, RFI and RFP inputs, business cases, and customer-facing material.
• Work with internal product, partner, and delivery teams to ensure recommendations are practical, scalable, and outcome-driven.
• Simplify complex cybersecurity concepts for customer stakeholders and help improve buying confidence.
• Contribute to solution positioning frameworks, knowledge assets, and best practices that strengthen Onefede’s advisory-led growth.
Who You Are
• Experience in presales, solution consulting, solution engineering, cybersecurity advisory, or technical account engagement.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity technologies and enterprise solution architecture discussions.
• Ability to listen carefully, structure customer requirements, and present solution options with clarity.
• Strong presentation, documentation, proposal-writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working closely with sales, partners, customers, and internal cross-functional teams.
• A consultative and problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance technical detail and business value.
