Position Title: Senior Operational Technology Security Operations Analyst
Location: Hyderabad, India
Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior OT Security Operations Analyst to oversee cybersecurity monitoring and incident response activities within industrial and operational technology environments. In this role, you will work closely with IT, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to safeguard critical production systems and ensure their reliability, security, and continuity across global operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts within OT environments
- Investigate and respond to potential cybersecurity incidents
- Conduct threat assessments and recommend remediation measures
- Partner with IT and engineering teams to implement effective security controls
- Enhance and maintain SOC procedures, playbooks, and documentation
- Contribute to incident response efforts and digital forensic activities
- Support continuous improvement of OT cybersecurity frameworks
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive cybersecurity specialist with substantial SOC experience, ideally within industrial or operational technology settings. The ideal candidate can independently manage security incidents while effectively collaborating with diverse teams to protect mission-critical systems.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SOC operations; exposure to OT/industrial systems is advantageous
Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and network security principles
- Experience with threat detection methodologies
- Practical experience with SIEM platforms
Language: Professional working proficiency in English
Certifications: Industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications are an advantage
