Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Cybersecurity Intern. The intern will assist in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on web applications, networks, and infrastructures. Responsibilities include analyzing security vulnerabilities, participating in security audits, researching cybersecurity trends, and supporting the development of security tools and automation processes. Interns will collaborate with the security team to enhance threat detection and risk mitigation strategies aligned with ethical and transparent practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Application Security and Information Security principles
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks and protective measures
- Skill sets in Network Security and Cyber threat monitoring
- An understanding of ethical hacking, vulnerability testing, and remediation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Familiarity with security tools, threat modeling, or SOC operations is a plus
- Interest in AI, Machine Learning, or security automation is advantageous
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
