Role Overview
As a Cybersecurity Intern, you will gain practical experience in protecting systems, identifying vulnerabilities, mitigating cyber risks, and understanding real-world threat landscapes. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking to build a strong and industry-relevant foundation in cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying system vulnerabilities and security risks
- Support vulnerability assessments and basic penetration testing activities
- Monitor networks and systems for suspicious activities or potential threats
- Assist in implementing security controls and best practices
- Conduct basic risk assessments and security audits
- Research emerging cybersecurity threats and prepare summary reports
- Support documentation of security policies and incident reports
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals (Malware, Phishing, OWASP Top 10, etc.)
- Knowledge of tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, or basic Linux commands (preferred)
- Understanding of information security principles and risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on lab or project experience in cybersecurity
- Familiarity with ethical hacking concepts
- Exposure to SIEM tools or cloud security fundamentals

💰 Stipend: ₹7,500 – ₹15,000 (Performance-Based) (Paid)
