About the Role
Senior BDR (Application Security / Cybersecurity)
We are hiring an Senior BDR (Application Security / Cybersecurity) to drive revenue for our Application Security and DevSecOps platform across the North America market.
This is a high-impact, US-shift role focused on outbound outreach, lead nurturing, and sales pipeline development for our secure software delivery platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting via email, calls, and LinkedIn to set up qualified meetings.
- Qualify inbound leads and support Account Executives in deal progression.
- Understand and pitch AppSec/DevSecOps value propositions (SBOM, CI/CD security, SAST/DAST).
- Research target accounts and personalize outreach for better conversions.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and report weekly metrics.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of inside sales or BDR experience in Application Security/Cybersecurity/DevSecOps.
- Experience selling into the US market and working night shifts.
- Strong communication and lead qualification skills.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Seamless etc...
- Candidate available to join in 1-2 weeks will be preferred
