ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer with hands-on experience in implementing, administering, and supporting enterprise CyberArk environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement, configure, and administer CyberArk PAM (EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, AAM, PTA)
- Provide L1/L2/L3 operational support, incident resolution, and RCA
- Manage privileged account onboarding, password rotation, session management, and platform health
- Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, LDAP, IAM, SIEM, ITSM, AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, and REST APIs
- Support security governance, audits, and compliance (SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA)
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Skills
- 3+ years in Information Security with 2+ years of hands-on CyberArk PAM
- Strong expertise in CyberArk Enterprise PAM
- Windows/Linux Administration, AD, LDAP, SSH, RDP
- Scripting: PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise integrations
Good to Have
- CyberArk Defender/Sentry or other CyberArk certifications
- CyberArk Privileged Cloud, Secure Cloud Access (SCA)
- DevOps/CI-CD exposure
- BeyondTrust or other PAM solutions
