Job Description – BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) Engineer
Position Details

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) Engineer to lead enterprise-scale implementations and support ongoing BAU operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in deploying, configuring, and managing BeyondTrust EPM solutions across complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
EPM Implementation & Project Delivery
- Design, implement, and configure BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) solutions in enterprise environments.
- Deploy and manage EPM agents across Windows, macOS, and VDI environments.
- Implement least privilege models, privilege elevation workflows, and application control policies.
- Support end-to-end implementation activities including:
- Requirement gathering
- Solution design
- Pilot deployments
- UAT support
- Phased rollouts
- Production go-live activities
- Collaborate with IAM, endpoint management, infrastructure, and security teams during implementation and transition phases.
- Conduct policy tuning and optimization to align with business and security requirements.
BAU / Run Operations
- Provide L2/L3 operational support for BeyondTrust EPM production environments.
- Manage incidents, service requests, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Perform regular platform health checks, upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability and availability.
- Create and maintain operational documentation including SOPs, runbooks, knowledge transfer documents, and support artifacts.
- Support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements by preparing necessary evidence and reports.
- Coordinate with global support and delivery teams to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, or Endpoint Security domains.
- Strong hands-on experience with BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM).
- Proven expertise in both EPM implementation and BAU support engagements.
- Solid understanding of:
- Least privilege principles
- Endpoint security
- Privilege governance
- Application control
- Experience managing enterprise-scale endpoint privilege management deployments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation capabilities.
