About ACAP (AdventX Cybersecurity Career Accelerator Program)
ACAP is a structured cybersecurity career accelerator program designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry-ready cybersecurity skills. Our mission is to empower students and early professionals with practical cybersecurity expertise, career guidance, and real-world exposure.
We collaborate with colleges, training partners, and industry experts to create scalable pathways into cybersecurity careers. As we expand ACAP across institutions and student communities, we are looking for motivated Lead Generation Executives who can drive outreach, build relationships with colleges and students, and generate high-quality leads for our program.
More about the role
We are looking for a true "Hunter" with a Cyber training program leads mindset.
This is a Founding Sales role. You won't be handed a massive team or a pre-warmed list of leads. Instead, you will bring a "scale-first" approach to prospecting using modern sales tools and automation to do the work of three people.
You aren't just making 50 random calls a day; you are orchestrating high-volume, high-quality outreach campaigns. You know how to leverage technology to identify the right prospects, get in front of them, and close the deal.
What you will do
Hunt and close business
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You are the engine of our growth.
- Pitch our cyber security courses to University, Colleges, students, freshers or cyber security professionals.
- Represent ACAP by transforming cybersecurity learning into measurable career outcomes and industry-ready talent.
Drive Efficiency & Scale
- Bring a "Sales Ops" mindset to your daily hunting. You know how to use tools (like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Outreach, etc.) to generate scale and minimize manual admin.
- Run data-driven outbound campaigns. You test subject lines, iterate on messaging, and optimize your funnel constantly.
- Focus your energy on high-value conversations by automating the low-value repetitive tasks.
Strategic partnerships
- Develop and execute channel partnerships with colleges, universities, training institutes, career counsellors, and industry organizations to generate qualified referrals for the ACAP program.
- Build and maintain strong professional networks across the education and cybersecurity ecosystem to position ACAP as a trusted career accelerator.
- Actively engage with academic institutions, student communities, and professional groups through calls, meetings, webinars, and events to expand outreach and visibility.
- Strengthen collaboration with placement cells, faculty members, and training partners to create a consistent pipeline of prospective learners.
- Represent ACAP in external interactions, ensuring clear communication of program value, career outcomes, and industry relevance.
- Continuously identify new partnership opportunities that support enrollment growth and long-term ecosystem presence.

- Communicate with Impact: Whether it’s a cold email or a pitch deck, you know how to grab attention and drive action.
