Role Overview
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Training & Course Development Intern who is eager to learn, follow structured processes, and contribute to the creation of high-quality cybersecurity training content.
This role is ideal for candidates who want real exposure to how cybersecurity courses are designed, produced, and delivered, not just theoretical learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cybersecurity course creation and recording
- Learn cybersecurity fundamentals through guided internal training
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and recording course content as per scripts and guidelines
- Collaborate with content, design, and technical teams to ensure course quality
- Submit deliverables on time with accuracy and consistency
- Participate in daily check-in calls and weekly review meetings
- Continuously improve content quality based on feedback
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English communication
- Strong foundational understanding of basic Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics concepts is required.
- Ability to strictly follow SOPs and instructions
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with productivity tools (Jira, Notion, etc.)
- Reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet remote work setup
Good-to-Have
- Advanced understanding of cybersecurity and Digital Forensics concepts (training and guidance will be provided)
- Interest in cyber investigations, incident analysis, malware analysis, or forensic methodologies
- Experience in content creation, teaching, technical documentation, or e-learning platforms
- Familiarity with video/audio recording, screen recording, or basic editing tools
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and structured manner
- Basic knowledge of tools related to Windows/Linux environments is a plus
Work Structure
Daily:
- Review SOPs and assigned production tasks
- Research Digital Forensics topics and prepare educational content
- Record course modules, lab demonstrations, or walkthroughs
- Create supporting materials such as notes, quizzes, and presentations
- Submit completed deliverables for review and feedback
Weekly:
- Participate in review and feedback meetings
- Improve recorded content based on mentor suggestions
- Plan upcoming course modules and production timelines
- Track progress aligned with the training roadmap
Ongoing:
- Continuous learning in Digital Forensics and cybersecurity domains
- Exposure to industry tools, forensic workflows, and real-world case studies
- Alignment with Tech Skill School course production standards and learning roadmap
Evaluation & Growth
- Initial Evaluation Period: Performance and learning adaptability will be assessed during the first 15 days of the internship
- Performance-Based Progression: Interns demonstrating strong consistency, quality output, and technical understanding will receive advanced responsibilities
- Early Completion Opportunity: Exceptional performers may complete the internship before the standard duration based on deliverables and contribution
