Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Cyber Security Trainer at Offenso Hackers Academy. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons on cybersecurity concepts, teaching core topics like network security, application security, and malware analysis. They will conduct live labs, real-world cyber simulations, and support students in skill-building activities such as CTF challenges and project-based learning. Additionally, the trainer will mentor students, assist in career development, and ensure they are equipped with practical skills to enter the cybersecurity workforce.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Application Security and Cybersecurity
• Proficiency in Network Security and Information Security concepts
• Experience in Malware Analysis and related techniques
• Demonstrated ability to conduct live training, workshops, or lab simulations
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students or professionals
• Industry certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or OSCP are highly desirable
• Prior experience in cybersecurity training or a similar educational role is a plus
