Role Description The Cyber Security Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs in cybersecurity for students and professionals. The trainer will plan curricula, create training materials, develop hands-on labs, and conduct classroom and lab sessions focusing on core security domains and emerging threats. Daily activities include explaining complex security concepts in accessible language, guiding learners through practical exercises, evaluating performance through assessments, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves updating course content to reflect evolving industry standards, collaborating with academic and industry partners to align training with CoE objectives, and supporting learners in certification preparation and career readiness.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security, including understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance concepts.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Network Security and Application Security, covering secure network architectures, protocols, web application security, and defensive techniques.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Malware Analysis, including identifying, analyzing, and explaining malware behavior and mitigation strategies.
- Candidates should have experience delivering technical training or teaching, with the ability to simplify complex topics and engage diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should be familiar with security tools and platforms (such as SIEM solutions, vulnerability scanners, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security tools).
- Candidates should have strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills, along with the ability to design clear learning materials and assessments.
- A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and/or industry certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, OSCP) would be beneficial.
- Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging threats, security best practices, and industry standards.
