Role Description The Cyber Security Trainer role at Ducat India is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The trainer will design and deliver cyber security courses covering core areas such as application security, network security, information security, and malware analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions and labs, mentoring learners, assessing performance through assignments and evaluations, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will stay updated with current cybersecurity trends, tools, and threats to ensure course content reflects real-world industry practices. Collaboration with the training and placement teams to align curriculum with market demands and support learners in becoming job-ready is also expected.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Cybersecurity and Information Security, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Hands-on expertise in Network Security, including configuring and securing networks, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Application Security, including secure coding practices, vulnerability assessment, and mitigation techniques.
- Experience in Malware Analysis, threat detection, and incident response methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are an advantage.
- Previous experience as a trainer, faculty member, or corporate instructor in cybersecurity or related domains is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.
- Ability to develop lab exercises and practical scenarios using industry-standard security tools and platforms.
