Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Cyber Security Trainer. The Cyber Security Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs covering various aspects of cybersecurity. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting engaging training sessions on topics such as application security, network security, and malware analysis, and mentoring students for successful career advancement. Additionally, the trainer will keep courses updated with the latest industry practices, assess participant progress, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Application Security concepts and frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of Cybersecurity and Information Security principles
- Expertise in Network Security, including hands-on experience with security tools and protocols
- Strong understanding of Malware Analysis and threat mitigation strategies
- Proven experience in delivering training or education in cybersecurity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to structure and deliver comprehensive, industry-relevant course materials
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable
