Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cyber Security Trainer located in Pune Division. The Cyber Security Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions on various cybersecurity concepts, including application security, network security, and information security. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting workshops, mentoring participants, and staying updated on the latest trends in cybersecurity to integrate them into the curriculum. The trainer will also assess and evaluate the progress of learners and adjust training methodologies to meet individual and group needs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Application Security, including secure coding practices and vulnerability assessment
- Proficiency in Cybersecurity and Information Security frameworks, policies, and best practices
- Advanced knowledge of Network Security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Experience in Malware Analysis and identifying potential threats
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective training delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus
- Prior experience in training or teaching is highly desirable
