Join our growing Cyber Security team and work with leading global cybersecurity platforms, delivering Pre-Sales Consulting, Product Demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), Implementation, and After-Sales Technical Support.
💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct Product Demonstrations & Technical Presentations
✅ Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) and solution deployments
✅ Provide implementation, configuration, and post-sales technical support
✅ Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions
✅ Coordinate with OEM technical teams for escalations and issue resolution
✅ Work closely with enterprise customers and internal Sales & Pre-Sales teams

EDR/XDR, MDR, Endpoint DLP, Email Security, SASE, ZTNA etc.

👤 Preferred Candidate Profile
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Cyber Security Technical Support, Implementation, or Pre-Sales
✔ Hands-on experience with Endpoint, Email & Cloud Security solutions
✔ Experience conducting Product Demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
✔ Good understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Networking, DNS, and Endpoint Management
✔ Excellent troubleshooting, presentation, and customer communication skills
✔ Experience with any of the above security platforms is preferred
✔ Relevant OEM certifications will be an added advantage
