Hiring: Cybersecurity GRC Leader | Hyderabad | GCC | Full-Time
We’re hiring for a Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Leader role with one of our leading IT GCC clients in Hyderabad.
📍 Location: Hyderabad
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)
💼 Employment Type: Full-time
🕒 Experience: 20+ years
Industry preferred: Finance, Healthcare or Insurance only
Must have: Exposure to Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance, IAM frameworks - Microsoft security, SIEM, SOC/MDR end to end delivery experience, expertise in NIST/ISO 27001/GDPR, DORA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance initiatives
- Develop and implement cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and risk management strategies
- Ensure compliance with global regulations and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA, etc.
- Drive risk assessments, audits, control testing, and remediation programs
- Manage third-party/vendor cybersecurity risks
- Partner with leadership, legal, compliance, privacy, and technology teams on security initiatives
- Lead cybersecurity awareness and training programs across the organization
- Build and mentor high-performing teams while driving employee engagement at the Hyderabad site
What We’re Looking For:
- 15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity / Risk / Compliance / Information Security
- Strong experience leading GRC programs in large global organizations
- Experience working in highly matrixed/global environments
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Prior experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or Financial Services is a plus
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are preferred
