Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Cyber Security Pre-Sales Specialist based in Bengaluru.
This role is centered around customer-facing technical engagement. You will work closely with sales teams to evaluate customer environments, run proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and demonstrate security capabilities in real-world scenarios.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing hands-on PoCs within customer environments
- Assessing security posture across endpoints, browsers, and user activity
- Identifying exposure points such as data leakage risks and insider threats
- Translating technical findings into clear, business-relevant insights
- Supporting sales teams in progressing and closing opportunities
- Bringing back insights, use cases, and expansion opportunities from customer interactions
What This Role Involves- Working directly within customer environments rather than only reviewing documentation
- Demonstrating security capabilities through practical implementation
- Engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Contributing to both technical validation and revenue outcomes
Qualifications- Understanding of endpoint security, browser security, and data protection concepts
- Experience in cybersecurity pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting
- Ability to independently run PoCs, demos, or pilot deployments
- Familiarity with threat vectors such as data exfiltration, session compromise, and insider risks
- Exposure to security assessments, vulnerability analysis, or red/blue team practices is beneficial
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a business context
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or similar are helpful but not essential
