We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to handle cold calling and lead generation activities across the US, Middle East, and India markets for Cyber Security services and solutions. The candidate will work closely with the Sales Team to identify prospects, generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and support revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound cold calls to prospective customers in the US, Middle East, and India regions.
- Introduce Cyber Security services such as VAPT, SOC, Compliance, Audit, Risk Assessment, Cloud Security, and Managed Security Services.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales Team with potential clients.
- Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and CRM updates.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term customer engagement.
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams for proposal discussions and client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, meetings, pipeline generation, and conversions.
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities in assigned regions.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Experience in international cold calling and B2B sales.
- Basic understanding of Cyber Security concepts and services.
- Ability to handle US, Middle East, and India time zones.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email campaigns.
- Self-motivated with target-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in IT / Cyber Security Sales or Lead Generation.
- Experience working with international clients is an added advantage.
