Role Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and consultative Cybersecurity Sales professional to drive enterprise growth for our client’s cybersecurity offerings. This role goes beyond traditional sales and requires a blend of solution selling + offering ownership + GTM execution. You will engage with enterprise clients to identify cybersecurity capability gaps, close high-value deals, and own the creation and evolution of scalable cybersecurity offerings based on market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Sales & Revenue Ownership
Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: o Lead generation → discovery → proposal → closure
Own and deliver revenue targets for cybersecurity oĄerings
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across key accounts
2. Solution Selling
Understand client challenges in: o Cybersecurity talent shortages o Workforce readiness o Regulatory and risk requirements
Position our client's offerings as end-to-end cybersecurity talent solutions
Customize solutions across: o SOC (L1–L3 roles) o IAM / Identity Security o Cloud Security o GRC
3. Customer Advisory & Insight Mining
Engage with senior stakeholders: o CISOs o CIOs / CTOs o L&D / HR leaders
Conduct consultative discussions to identify capability gaps
Capture recurring patterns, market demand signals, and client insights
4. Offering Development & Ownership (CRITICAL)
Own the creation of initial cybersecurity oĄerings and solution bundles based on client demand Translate market insights into: o Structured, repeatable cybersecurity solutions o Industry-specićc talent pathways (SOC, IAM, Cloud, GRC)
Dećne: o Solution constructs o Use-case based oĄerings o Value propositions
Drive: o Standardization and scalability of offerings across accounts o Creation of reusable:
Solution templates
Pitch frameworks
Case-led narratives
Continuously refine and evolve
oOfferings based on: o Deal learnings o Customer feedback o Market trend
5. GTM Strategy & Market Positioning
Help dećne: o Sharper market entry propositions o Industry-specićc GTM narratives
Develop: o Sales playbooks o Pitch decks and proposals
Support high-value deals through strong solution positioning
6. Internal Collaboration
Collaborate with: o Delivery teams o Product/content teams o Institutional partnerships teams
Ensure smooth transition from: o Sale → Solution → Delivery
Act as a bridge between: o Market demand and internal capability creation
Required Qualifications & Experience Must Have
6–15 years of experience in: o Cybersecurity sales / presales / solution selling roles
Proven track record of: o Enterprise deal closures and revenue achievement
Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains: o SOC o IAM o Cloud Security o GRC
Experience working with: o Enterprise / BFSI / IT / Govt clients
Good to Have
Experience in: o Building or owning solution oĄerings / GTM initiatives
Exposure to: o Creating reusable or scalable solution constructs
Experience selling: o Training / L&D / certification programs o Managed security services or consulting
