Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Cyber Security Trainer at Thinkcloudly. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, designing course content, and mentoring students in the field of cybersecurity. Additional responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting assessments, and staying updated with the latest industry trends to ensure the relevance of delivered content. Collaboration with the curriculum team and providing personalized guidance to learners is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity and Information Security principles and practices
- Expertise in Application Security and Network Security
- Competence in Malware Analysis and vulnerability assessments
- Excellent communication, instructional, and mentoring skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible manner to diverse learners
- Prior experience in training or teaching technical subjects is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable
- A passion for teaching and helping learners achieve their career goals
