CYBER SECURITY MENTOR TRAINEE (TRAINER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM)

We are looking for passionate technical professionals who aspire to become Cyber Security Trainers and Mentors through our structured Trainer Development Program.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity to build a rewarding career in Cyber Security training and mentorship.
Selected candidates will join as Cyber Security Mentor Trainees and undergo an intensive 4–6 week residential training program at our Bangalore Headquarters.
During this period, candidates will receive hands-on training in Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Information Security, learner mentoring, classroom delivery, presentation skills, and training methodologies.
Accommodation and stipend will be provided during the training period.
Upon successful completion of the program and final assessment, candidates will be offered a permanent role as Cyber Security Trainer with SKILLOGIC.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate actively in the Trainer Development Program
• Attend daily technical and mentoring sessions
• Develop expertise in Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking domains
• Assist senior trainers during training sessions and learner support activities
• Conduct practical demonstrations, labs, and technical sessions
• Mentor learners and support their certification journey
• Deliver classroom, online, and hybrid training sessions after certification
• Contribute to curriculum improvement and content development
• Maintain high standards of learner engagement and training quality
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Electronics, Networking, or related fields
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, operating systems, and information security concepts
• Strong technical aptitude and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• 3+ years of training, mentoring, teaching, coaching, or technical instruction experience preferred
• Experience in Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Network Administration, System Administration, SOC Operations, Cloud Security, or Information Security is highly desirable
• Certifications such as CEH, Security+, CHFI, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are an added advantage
• Candidates with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities may also apply
TRAINING & CAREER PATH
Stage 1 – Cyber Security Mentor Trainee
• 2–4 weeks of intensive residential training in Bangalore
• Accommodation provided
• Monthly stipend provided
• Daily technical, practical, and presentation sessions
• Continuous evaluation and final assessment
Stage 2 – Cyber Security Trainer
• Permanent employment with SKILLOGIC
• Training delivery responsibilities

MOBILITY REQUIREMENT
Training will be conducted at our Bangalore Headquarters. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates may be deployed to SKILLOGIC centers across India based on business requirements and mutual agreement.
