Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cyber Security Faculty at our Greater Kolkata Area location. The primary responsibilities include delivering engaging and up-to-date lectures on cybersecurity concepts, guiding students through practical exercises, and mentoring them in implementing effective cybersecurity practices. The role also involves curriculum development, staying aligned with current industry trends, and evaluating students' performance and progress.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cybersecurity frameworks, practices, and methodologies, including knowledge of threats, risks, and data protection protocols.
• Strong understanding of Network Security, Ethical Hacking, and penetration testing principles.
• Proven ability in Incident Handling, Security Analysis, and System Administration.
• Effective teaching and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
• Prior teaching or training experience in cybersecurity or related fields is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or other relevant qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
