Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Cyber Security Consultant role based in Navi Mumbai. The Cyber Security Consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing application security, performing vulnerability assessments, and optimizing cybersecurity strategies. Duties will include analyzing and mitigating risks, monitoring network and information security, and recommending security enhancements. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the infrastructure, applications, and data are protected from potential threats.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Cybersecurity practices, including risk analysis and mitigation
- Proficiency in Application Security and Network Security tools and frameworks
- Experience in designing and overseeing Information Security protocols and policies
- Knowledge of conducting detailed Vulnerability Assessments and implementing corrective measures
- Possess problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing security risks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating across departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, or equivalent are highly preferable
- Experience with compliance frameworks and regulations such as GDPR, ISO 27001, or similar is an advantage
