Position Title: Cyber Security Consultant
Department: Cyber Security
Location: Coimbatore/ Bangalore/ HYD
Reporting To: National Business Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time / Consultant
Estimated Monthly Take-Home after PF: ₹36,000 (MIN) – ₹40,000 (MAX)
Working Time: 9 am to 6 pm
Week off: 2nd and 3rd Saturdays/All Sundays

1. Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Cyber Security Consultant who will not only
strengthen the organization’s security posture but also support sales and pre-sales activities
by providing technical expertise, solution design, and client advisory support.
The role requires a blend of cybersecurity knowledge, business understanding, and client
engagement skills.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Security Assessment & Risk Management
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Identify risks and recommend remediation strategies.
Perform security audits and risk analysis.
Maintain security documentation and risk registers.
B. Security Implementation & Monitoring
Design and implement security frameworks, controls, and policies.
Configure and manage firewalls, endpoint security, SIEM, IDS/IPS tools.
Ensure secure cloud and infrastructure configurations.
Monitor and respond to security incidents.
C. Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, DPDP Act, and other standards.
Assist in internal and external audits.
Draft and review information security policies and SOPs.
Support client compliance and certification projects.
D. Incident Response & Threat Management
Lead investigations into security incidents.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective measures.
Develop and test incident response and disaster recovery plans.
3. Sales & Pre-Sales Responsibilities
A. Pre-Sales Support
Work closely with the Sales team to understand client requirements.
Participate in client meetings, discovery calls, and technical discussions.
Prepare solution proposals, security architecture designs, and cost estimates.
Provide technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and security questionnaires.
B. Sales Oversight & Business Support
Provide technical validation for cybersecurity service offerings.
Support revenue growth by identifying new cybersecurity opportunities.
Guide pricing strategy and effort estimation for security projects.
Maintain strong client relationships from technical perspective.
Contribute to service portfolio enhancement and new solution development.

5. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, IT, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred certifications: CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Lead
Implementer/Auditor
6. Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of network, cloud, and application security
Experience with security tools and frameworks
Excellent presentation and client-facing skills
Proposal writing and technical documentation expertise
Business acumen with ability to align security solutions to client needs
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
7. Experience Requirements
3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity
Prior experience in consulting, client engagement, or pre-sales support is preferred
Exposure to handling enterprise clients is an added advantage
