We are looking for a Specialist Cyber Awareness professional with 3+ years of relevant experience in designing and delivering cybersecurity awareness initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating cybersecurity awareness content, campaigns, phishing simulation programs, and employee security training sessions aimed at improving cyber hygiene and security culture. The role also requires experience in managing and maintaining Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning platforms, and training tools, along with the ability to coordinate awareness programs, track participation and effectiveness, and continuously improve training content based on emerging cybersecurity threats and organizational needs. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a good understanding of cybersecurity best practices and user awareness strategies.
