Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Chennai, India, for a Customer Experience (CX) Trainer. The CX Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure exceptional customer service performance across all team members. Daily tasks include designing curriculum, conducting training workshops, evaluating team progress, and providing constructive performance feedback. Collaboration with management and continuous improvement initiatives will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficient in creating and delivering training modules, developing customized session plans, and facilitating workshops effectively
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service, communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to plan and execute training programs in a timely manner
- Ability to assess team performance and provide actionable feedback for skill enhancement
- Experience in coaching and mentoring is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Training/Development, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
- Passion for the food and hospitality industry and a customer-first mindset
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
