The Role
Weβre looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our clients and ensure a smooth, supportive experience. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, work closely with Sales, Risk, and Tech teams to resolve issues, and maintain accurate customer records.
This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
What Youβll Do
πΉ Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and support requests
πΉ Proactively respond to customer issues via phone, email, or chat with empathy and urgency
πΉ Monitor client satisfaction and help proactively resolve concerns
πΉ Collaborate with internal teams (sales, risk, tech) to solve customer problems
πΉ Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas to improve our service and platform
πΉ Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and outcomes
What You Bring

3+ years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role
β
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
β
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
β
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
β
Ability to handle challenging situations with customers
β
Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset
β
Fluency in English and Hindi
