CX & Marketing Associate

The Forttuna Global Excellence Awards is seeking a CX & Marketing Associate to join our team and play a key role in elevating customer experience, brand communication, and marketing strategies to the next level.
📍 Location: Mumbai (Candidate should be based in Mumbai)

Responsibilities:
Customer Support and Engagement
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Provide proactive updates to customers regarding their requests and concerns.
- Email/LinkedIn Management and Real-Time responses.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align customer experience efforts with business objectives.
Leads Sourcing and Generation
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Utilize various platforms and tools to source quality leads and ensure accurate data collection.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of experience in customer service, client management, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
