Whether working with a team of colleagues or with clients, we ensure that we foster a culture that celebrates differences and builds on shared connections In This Role, You Will: End to end recruiting ownership & accountability frontline/ lateral (volume hiring) Designs develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps) Drives the recruiting team to achieve targets Strategize and run campus hiring program. Conduct Market and competitor mapping Experience in the market and competitive mapping Ability to advise the recruitment team and business on recruitment, channel and branding best practices and interview techniques. Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source Plan and coordinate mass recruiting events, for instance, campus hiring, recruiting drives, etc. Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization) Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches) Research and choose job advertising options Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs Participate in job fairs, campus & career events Build professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners Work on enriching candidates experience
