About the role
CES provides strategic consulting in cutting-edge domains including Stationary Storage, eMobility, Hydrogen and Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Our primary markets are North America and India, with selected projects in South Africa, Australia, APAC, and MENA.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Lead
Lead consulting assignments in India and manage the team further.
Coordinate with international teams to execute projects.
Consulting focus
Green Hydrogen: Lead CES activities to support clients in green Hydrogen related projects in India and international markets
Strategy Consulting for Green Hydrogen and other emerging technologies in energy: Provide business planning and go-to-market strategy for the clients looking to enter the space.
Lead International Consulting projects: Lead the team in responding to consulting RFPs by international agencies such as the World Bank, IFC, GIZ, USAID, USTDA and other similar agencies.
Project Execution
Manage the execution of written and technical work for consulting projects involving emerging technologies including green hydrogen, energy storage, electric vehicles, and green hydrogen. Guide junior staff on executing the project work.
Utilize and proficiency to work on CES's suite of financial models for consulting assignments. Customize the model based on client requirements.
Develop high-quality presentation and communication material, including client presentations, reports and materials that facilitate discussions. Explain technical concepts associated with the project work to non-technical audiences.
Consulting Business Development
Develop business opportunities with existing and new clients by responding to inquiries and providing market insights.
Lead consulting assignments on green hydrogen, in lithium battery manufacturing and its supply chain.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience
Proven expertise in hydrogen, particularly green hydrogen technologies and applications
Strong preference for candidates with experience in consulting business development
Solid understanding of hydrogen-related policies and regulatory frameworks
Knowledge of the green hydrogen market and its commercial applications is highly desirable
Exceptional writing and communication skills
Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
Confident in public speaking and delivering client presentations
Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote, collaborative team
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
Advanced degree or professional certification in a related area is preferred
Travel:
Periodic travel to attend public forums, conferences and/or company quarterly meetings
