Data analyst

Role & Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. Build and manage databases and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Provide regular reports. Continuously improve data analysis processes and tools, ensuring the highest level of efficiency. Communicate findings clearly and effectively, both verbally and through visual representations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence, specifically with Power BI. Expertise in building dashboards and reports using Power BI, and data visualization best practices. Experience with advanced data analysis techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights in an easily understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy and quality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
