Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a high-impact Customer Value Manager to join our Digital Business India team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving post-sales customer outcomes, account adoption, and revenue expansion across our digital solutions portfolio. You will serve as the critical bridge between customer expectations and internal execution, ensuring that our implemented solutions translate into measurable business value and long-term growth.
Our team is a dynamic, cross-functional group operating at the intersection of sales and delivery, dedicated to scaling Iron Mountain’s digital presence within the Indian enterprise market.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Drive Value Realization and Adoption: Own end-to-end accountability for a strategic portfolio of accounts, developing success plans that ensure customers achieve their intended business outcomes and maximize their use of our digital platforms.
- Identify and Shape Expansion Opportunities: Partner closely with Sales and Client Principals to identify "upsell" and "cross-sell" opportunities, proactively contributing to commercial growth and securing successful contract renewals.
- Establish Executive Governance: Act as the primary post-sales point of contact, building deep relationships with stakeholders through structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive connects to manage health metrics and mitigate risks.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7–10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, specifically within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) and digital platform solution-selling, with a proven ability to translate complex technical features into business value.
- Proven ability in revenue expansion and stakeholder management, with a track record of influencing executive-level decision-makers and driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience in digital implementation and delivery environments).
