Role Description
The Customer Training Associate will play a key role in delivering comprehensive training sessions to clients and teams on company solutions and services. Responsibilities include developing training materials, conducting training workshops, evaluating the learning progress of trainees, and continuously upgrading training modules based on feedback. This is a full-time, on-site role situated in Navi Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills for building rapport with clients and delivering clear training content
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess training feedback and improve the performance of training programs
- Proficiency in using MS Office for training purposes is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree
