Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (0–2 years / Freshers welcome) who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to learn. You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a smooth support experience while working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and support tools.
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical and product-related issues.
- Handle inbound calls and provide real-time support to customers.
- Create and update support tickets with accurate details.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic computer knowledge and technical understanding
- Strong problem-solving and learning attitude
- Active listening and customer-handling skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in customer support/technical support
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Interest in logistics/technology domain is an added advantage
- Willingness to work in shifts
