Role Description The Customer Service Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. In this position, the associate will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about products, services, and processes. Daily responsibilities include resolving issues, escalating complex cases when needed, updating customer records, and ensuring each interaction meets quality and compliance standards. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns, gathering feedback to improve the overall customer experience, and maintaining professional communication and phone etiquette at all times.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills to enhance service quality and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and clear communication skills to handle calls professionally and confidently.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in a contact center or BPO environment, proficiency with CRM or ticketing tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in any field and fluency in English and local languages are preferred.
