Job Description – Customer Support (Technical) Intern (1 Year Internship)
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Support Intern to join our team. The candidate will assist in handling customer queries, providing product-related support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, and online support.
- Provide basic support for ERP software-related issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain customer complaints and service records.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending issues and updates.
- Assist customers with software usage guidance and troubleshooting.
- Prepare daily support reports and update service status.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learning capability and adaptability to new technologies and workflows
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities
- Basic knowledge of customer support processes is an added advantage.
- Strong customer handling and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn ERP software and customer support processes.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Eligibility
- Final year students or recent graduates from any discipline
- Candidates with customer service or communication experience are preferred
Internship Details
- Duration: 1 Year
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Paid Internships: 10,000/Month (Full time)
