Key Responsibilities
• Provide customer support
• Handle inbound and outbound interactions
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Maintain service quality and adhere to KPIs (TAT, CSAT, etc.)
• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
📋 Eligibility Criteria
✔ Minimum 1 year of work experience (any field)
✔ Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
✔ Certified language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
