About the Role:
· We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Marol, Andheri.
· This role is essential in ensuring that our customers experience seamless service across all communication channels.
· As the first point of contact, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails, and chats) to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met.
· Provide accurate and clear information about the company’s products, services, and policies.
· Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
· Maintain customer records by updating account information in the company’s system. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and follow-up.
