Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support (Voice Process) professional, located in Bengaluru. The role involves handling customer queries via phone, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing technical support, communicating effectively with customers, and analyzing customer needs to deliver tailored solutions. The role requires maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and relationship building
- Experience in Technical Support and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Proficient Analytical Skills to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
- Prior experience in a customer support or call center role is an advantage
