Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support professional for a full-time, on-site position at our Ahmedabad office. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve technical support issues, and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer queries, troubleshooting technical problems, providing timely and accurate support, and ensuring seamless communication to enhance client experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage customer interactions
- Experience in Technical Support and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Excellent Analytical Skills to identify customer needs and provide efficient solutions
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Flexibility to work in US shifts and adapt to dynamic challenges
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and technology will be an advantage
