Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Support role located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Support professional will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving their issues, ensuring their satisfaction, and delivering outstanding service. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support, addressing customer complaints effectively, and identifying areas for process improvement to enhance the customer experience. This role requires working in the US shift, ensuring prompt and efficient communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, with a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to foster positive customer relationships
- Experience in Technical Support and resolving technical concerns
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and address customer challenges effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in night shifts and dynamic environments
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Proficiency in using customer management tools is preferred
