Job Title: Contact Centre Associate (Voice & Chat)
Job Summary
We are hiring customer-focused professionals with prior BPO experience to handle voice and chat interactions for a banking process. The role involves resolving customer queries, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via voice (70%) and chat (30%)
- Address banking-related queries such as account details, transactions, and service requests
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance standards
- Accurately document all interactions in CRM systems
- Follow data security and confidentiality protocols
- Meet defined KPIs including AHT, CSAT, and First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate
- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (mandatory)
- Experience in banking/financial services process (preferred)
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer handling and problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Work Conditions
- Open to night shifts / rotational shifts
- Flexible to work as per business requirements
