✈️ We are looking for experienced professionals with expertise in International Travel Process and hands-on experience in Amadeus GDS. If you have a passion for Customer Service and travel operations, this opportunity is for you!
🔹 Role: Customer Support Associate – International Travel Process
📍 Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)
🗓️ Working Days: 5 Days a Week
🔁Shift: Rotational Shifts (24*7)
🚖 Cab Facility: Pick & Drop available (within 20 KM radius)
👉🏻CRM: GDS & Amadeus (Mandatory)
📌 Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer queries related to international travel bookings
* Manage reservations, cancellations, rebooking & modifications using Amadeus GDS
* Assist customers with ticketing, refunds, fare rules & re-issuance
* Ensure excellent customer experience through effective issue resolution
* Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow quality standards
* Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution of escalations
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
* Minimum 0.6 to 1 year of experience in International Travel Process
* Hands-on experience in GDS (Amadeus is mandatory)
* Good understanding of PNR, ticketing, fare rules, refunds & itinerary changes
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
* Comfortable working in rotational shifts
* Strong customer handling & problem-solving skills
🌟 Preferred Profile:
* Experience in international airlines, travel BPO, or travel agency support
* Knowledge of ticketing, refunds, and travel operations
* Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA targets
