Role Description
We are hiring for the roles of Customer Support Trainees, AEM Developers, and AEM Content Authors. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. Responsibilities include addressing client queries, developing software, managing content, leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for creating and maintaining digital experiences, and ensuring smooth integration with associated platforms and services. Each role will involve collaboration with team members to meet project goals and deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development and familiarity with programming principles and language frameworks.
- Experience with Content Management systems, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Understanding and working knowledge of Java Content Repository (JCR).
- Hands-on experience with Web Services and Jakarta EE frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on-site at our Chennai location and effectively contribute to a team environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, customer service, or UX design is a plus.
