📌 Position: Thai Language Expert
🏢 Company: Transcom
🏠 Work Mode: 100% Work From Home
💰 CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Thai Language C1 Certification (Mandatory)
Minimum 6 months of International BPO/Customer Support experience
Immediate Joiners preferred
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities
● Customer Assistance: Provide high-quality support to Thai-speaking customers via voice, email, and chat.
● Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
● Database Management: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken in the CRM system.
● Adherence to KPIs: Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance metrics, including Average Handling Time (AHT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
● Escalation Management: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors when necessary.
