Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Customer Support Team Lead. The individual will oversee, mentor, and guide the customer support team to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing support metrics, resolving escalated customer concerns, providing technical support, and implementing strategies to improve service quality. The role involves regular collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer experience and the overall support function.

- Strong expertise in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction in a dynamic environment
- Proven Analytical Skills to identify trends, resolve issues, and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams
- Proficiency in providing hands-on Technical Support to address customer needs
- Leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Experience in the SaaS or EV industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
