We are hiring for one of our premium international clients for an International Voice Process (Travel Domain) ✈️
🔹 Role: Customer Support Executive
🔹 Location: Gurugram
🔹 Experience: Minimum 1 year (Voice/Travel preferred)
🔹 Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
🔹 Working: 5 Days
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle international customer calls (UK/Europe)
• Assist with travel queries (bookings, changes, cancellations)
• Provide end-to-end resolution on calls
• Work on travel tools (MIDS preferred)
🔹 Requirements:
• Strong English communication (International voice level)
• Experience in voice process / travel domain
• Comfortable with rotational/night shifts
