Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Customer Support Specialist. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving inquiries efficiently. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with their questions, analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate service records. The specialist will act as a friendly and knowledgeable liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

- Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build positive client relationships
- Experience in providing Technical Support, with the ability to address and resolve customer queries effectively
